Samar da Ruwa: Gyaran Gas na Halitta

Gyaran iskar gas ci gaba ne kuma balagagge tsari ne na samar da iskar gas wanda ya ginu akan abubuwan da ake da su na isar da bututun iskar gas. Wannan hanya ce mai mahimmanci ta fasaha don kusan lokacisamar da hydrogen.

 

Yaya Aiki yake?

Gyaran iskar gas, wanda kuma aka sani da gyaran methane na tururi (SMR), hanya ce da ake amfani da ita sosai don samar da hydrogen. Ya ƙunshi amsawar iskar gas (musamman methane) tare da tururi a ƙarƙashin matsanancin matsin lamba kuma a gaban mai kara kuzari, yawanci tushen nickel, don samar da cakuda hydrogen, carbon monoxide, da carbon dioxide. Tsarin ya ƙunshi manyan matakai guda biyu:

Gyara-Turan Methane(SMR): Halin farko inda methane ke amsawa da tururi don samar da hydrogen da carbon monoxide. Wannan tsari ne na endothermic, ma'ana yana buƙatar shigarwar zafi.

CH4 + H2O (+ zafi) → CO + 3H2

Ruwa-Gas Shift Reaction (WGS): Carbon monoxide da aka samar a cikin SMR yana amsawa tare da ƙarin tururi don samar da carbon dioxide da ƙarin hydrogen. Wannan wani motsi ne na exothermic, yana sakin zafi.

CO + H2O → CO2 + H2 (+ ƙaramin adadin zafi)

Bayan waɗannan halayen, ana sarrafa cakudawar iskar gas, wanda aka sani da haɗakar gas ko syngas, don cire carbon dioxide da sauran ƙazanta. Ana samun tsarkakewar hydrogen ta hanyarmatsa lamba lilo adsorption(PSA), wanda ke raba hydrogen daga sauran iskar gas dangane da bambance-bambance a cikin halayen adsorption a ƙarƙashin canjin matsa lamba.

Scalability: Za a iya haɓaka tsire-tsire na SMR don samar da hydrogen a adadi mai yawa wanda ya dace da ƙanana da manyan aikace-aikace.
